一、滑觸線斷電

主要原因：電刷在導管中爬坡；電刷磨損嚴重，無法觸及導體；導體接頭不平整；單集電器使用；導軌接頭松脫。

處理方法：檢測集電器是否磨損嚴重，更換集電器；更換電刷；重新調整連接節點；采用雙刷集電器；重新調整擰緊連接螺釘。

二、導軌變形，集電器運動受阻

主要原因：環境溫度過高；提掛架間距大或松脫。

處理方法：局部采用隔熱板，室外加遮陽板；增加滑觸線提掛架數量，矯正導管，并擰緊螺釘。

主要原因：接頭不平整；載流量過大；彈簧壓力大。

五、電刷側面擦傷

主要原因：電刷磨損，滑觸線集電器定為不正；牽引器的撥叉側力傳遞過大。

處理方法：更換、修正彈簧壓力；更換牽引撥叉或修正牽引器撥叉。
Processing method: replacement, correction spring pressure; replace the traction fork or modified tractor fork.
六、導軌內有火花

主要原因：電刷表面與導軌接觸不良。
The main reason: brush the surface in contact with the rail side.
處理方法：檢測導軌接頭，適當磨合電刷保證60%接觸面積。

七、滑觸線集電器行走有較大異響

主要原因：電流過大；接頭不平整。
